At Wheelsall returns are super easy, we strive to provide amazing product and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Wheelsall offers a 1 year warranty for all products.

 

RETURN PROCESS

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Send your request and problems to our service email joystar@joykie.com. We will contact you soon.

 

Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.If you have ordered the product and want to cancel, please contact our customer service. For more information, please go to joystar_service@joykie.com. we'll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account, but once it moves to a shipped status it cannot be canceled or it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy above.

 

SHIPPING

We authorize a FREE return for the following types of situations:

  • Manufacture defects: poor quality materials, frame brakes down.
  • Wrong/missing item from the package.

We do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

  • Wrong size/color ordered
  • Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted



IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please make sure to use the shipping label provided by us. Any return without our return shipping label WILL NOT be confirmed or refunded.
  • The returned item should not be ridden and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us for further questions, we will try our best to assist you.
